Organization Model

Birkini uses a streamlined organization system where each user is assigned to a single workspace. This ensures clarity across permissions and data access while keeping things simple and secure.

To view or manage your organization, go to Settings > Organization.

User Authentication

Users can join Birkini using any of the following methods:

• Google Sign-In

• Email and password

• GitHub login

Organization Setup

When signing up, users can either:

• Create a new organization

• Join an existing one via invite

ℹ️ Each user can belong to only one organization at a time. To migrate accounts between organizations, please contact support.

By default, organizations are auto-created when signing in with Google. If you need help joining or consolidating teams, we’re here to assist.

Roles and Permissions

Birkini currently supports two role types:

Admin

• Invite and remove members

• Change user roles

• Access all organization resources

• Full control over databases, integrations, and worksheets

Member

• Access all shared organization resources

• Full access to data, integrations, and workflows

• Cannot manage users or permissions
